TVP Minced are about 1/4″ sized pieces.

TVP is a high-fiber and high-protein meat substitute made from soy flour! Short for Texturized Vegetable Protein, it has no fat or cholesterol. TVP normally doesn’t have any flavor, making it the perfect sponge to absorb whatever sauce or seasonings you cook with! TVP is also what is known as a complete protein, meaning that it contains all nine of the essential amino acids the human body needs to function.
