This premium furikake is the fisherman’s favorite! It’s an explosion of umami, seafood flavor sourced from 100% natural, domestic sources.
Takusei don’t use any food additives in this mix, instead relying on the natural flavors of the high-quality ingredients to impress their customers. This mix includes plenty of dried bonito flakes, domestic konbu seaweed, dried sardines, roasted nori seaweed from the famous Ariake sea, and ume plum to create an incredibly umami, balanced flavor profile straight from the ocean to you.
Add it to warm rice as you would any other furikake seasoning, or sprinkle it on cold tofu, noodles, or salads for something a little special.
