Showa Tempura Flour Mix Golden is made from a special flour to bring out the flavor of Japanese tempura ingredients.
The wheat grains are selected and only the central part is chosen to make this flour.
Powdered yolk and pumpkin are also added to the mix to make tempura tastier and crunchier.
Simply by mixing this flour with water, you can make tasty Japanese tempura!
Add 100g of this tempura flour mix into 100ml of water.
Stir until you see a little bit of powder left (do not mix too much).
Deep fry ingredients with oil at 170-180 degree.
