Cooking Instructions: Soak measured rice in water for about 35 minutes before cooking, then rinse and drain. Place one cup of rice (200g) and two cups of water in a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Bring to a vigorous boil for 5-7 minutes then drain the water. Cover the rice and let it simmer at low heat for another 4-6 minutes. Then remove, fluff with fork and serve.
