Description
This Sapporo Ichiban instant ramen is an hybrid of shio (salt) and tonkotsu (pork bone broth) flavors.
The soup is a fabulous blend of pork bone extract, potherb, dried kelp and seafood broths, and spices. You can enjoy the harmony of robust tonkotsu blended with shio base soup.
Wavy, middle-thin noodles designed to mix nicely with the soup. Its elastic and filling textures are also worth trying.
Sesame seeds attached as a garnish, makes this ramen more tasty.
Bring 500ml of water to a boil, add the noodles and cook them for 3 minutes.
Add the dehydrated soup and sesame seeds, and stir well with the noodles.
Add any toppings of your choice; fried pork, fried shrimp, egg, vegetables…
