Oliver Doro Rich Worcestershire Sauce 360g

Oliver Doro Sauce pairs well with meats, curry, barbecued foods or even okonomiyaki.

Doro literally means “mud” in Japanese and it has given such name because it is made with the remaining worcestershire sauce in the bottom of the tank. So it has a darker color and thicker texture than other Japanese sauces.

Doro sauce originates in Kansai area and is made by aging a mix of fruits and vegetables (including tomato, onion and apple), spices and vinegar.
