There is no need to add other ingredients like egg into this flour mix since it contains all the necessary ingredients to achieve a crunchy and tasty tempura.

Instructions

Mix 160cc of water with 100g of this tempura flour.

Dip any ingredients you like for Tempura into the mixed tempura flour.

Deep fry the ingredients with oil at about 170 -180°
