Weight of fish/meat : shio kouji = 10 : 1 For tsukemono making.
1~2 table spoon of shio kouji : 100g of vegetable 200g in a tube.
After opening it, keep it in the fridge and use them up within 2 months.
Ingredient: rice produced in Japan, salt, sake lees.
