Koon Chun Black Soy Sauce

Koon Chun is a very popular brand in China….. Made in Hong Kong Indispensable in the kitchen pantry. Great for
homemade teriyaki sauce and all Asian cooking. Rich flavored, full bodied, makes other soy sauces seem watery by
comparison.The main difference in Black Soy Sauce is that it contains Molasses. So it is sweeter. It still has a lot of
salt, which is to be expected. So, if you normally add sugar or salt to your stir fry sauce… hold off until you taste
