We recommend 2.25 grams of tea leaves per every 6 ounces of water. Precisely calibrated at the factory, this handy scale also offers five additional weighing modes – oz (ounces), ct (carats), gn (grains), dwt (pennyweight), and ozt (troy ounce). For those who wish to periodically calibrate their scale according to the instructions found inside the scale’s lid, we offer a 200g calibration weight (AR45). Note: This tea scale measures 5″ long by 3″ wide with a 3″ x 2.5″ platform. It requires 2 AAA batteries, which are included with the scale. One year limited warranty.
