Description
This Kushikatsu Sauce from Daikokuya is mainly made adding soy sauce and other spices to a base of the popular worcestershire sauce.
It has a sweet mellow taste and pairs well with fried foods such as kushikatsu, tonkatsu or tempura. It can also be used for salads, fried eggs or any grilled food.
It is not a spicy sauce so children can eat it without worrying.
Kushikatsu or Kushiage is a local specialty food from Kansai region and consists of deep-fried skewered meat and vegetables.
