Coriander powder is the ground oval shapes dried fruits of Indian fast-growing aromatic herb‘ Cilantro / Dhania’. It has a delicate sweet fragrance with strong citrus notes and smooth taste.

Used to enhance the aroma & flavor of savory dishes and also as a thickener. Used mostly in spice blends, or added with other spices as flavor enhancer in curries, gravies, soups, stews, meat, fish, vegetable or chicken dishes.
