Cilantro the leafy herb of Coriander plant, known as Indian Coriander leaf (Dhania Patta), and also called ‘Chinese parsley’. Cilantro has a very pungent odor and citrus like taste, adds a great tasting flavor to dishes.
Cilantro is used both to add flavor and color to a dish. Mostly sprinkled on the top of cooked dishes,curries, sauces, soups, stews, scrambled eggs, salsa & salads.
