Description
This ‘Negro Chihiuacle chile’ is a very rare & ancient chile. It grows in the La Cañada valley
in Oaxaca region of Mexico. This dark and intensely robust chile have a spicy heat and a
rich smoky & fruit flavor with dried raisin/ plum overtones

Negro Chihuacle chile’ considered to be the tastiest chile, and are highly desired by chef’s. Used to make the black mole sauce called ‘mole negro’ that are a specialty of the Oaxaca region.
