Advent 2023 – Caffeine – Day 11 – Ginger Stonefruit Oolong

Welcome to Day 11 of our 2023 Caffeine Advent.

You know here at Plum Deluxe we love a good twist on a classic. Ginger peach couldn’t be a more classic flavor pairing, but we’re making it a bit extra this season with the addition of apricot. Apricot is a tea flavor I fell in love with right away on my tea making journey, and it creates a pleasing sweetness on the fruit and spicy match up.

I do love just a touch of honey in this one to bring out the more subtle notes of the fruit and ginger.
