Za’atar Wild Mountain Herb

This pure Za’atar leaf, also called Lebanese / Syrian Oregano or Thyme, grows wild along the mountain slopes of Middle East, known for its savory-thyme-oregano flavor.

It is used in the traditional cuisine of the region, especially for spice blend of za’atar. Sprinkle on grilled meat or roasted vegetables, add to dressings or marinades, stir into yogurt, labneh or hummus, make Za’atar flatbread.
