Umami Powder is a blend of finely chopped mushrooms, aromatic vegetables & herbs. It adds extra richness to soups or stews, delicious on grilled fish & poultry, enhance the savory flavors of meatloaf, burgers, sausage or any other ground meat.

Just add a pinch of umami during the cooking stage or sprinkled on a finished dish afterward.
