THE STORY BEHIND THE TEA:
One of my favorite types of tea is white tea — it’s just so delicate and buttery soft — but it’s also one of the more difficult teas to work with, so it makes a rare appearance in our tea club. That said, it’s worth the wait on this blend, which really reminded me of one of those spring days where the weather just feels perfect: blue skies for miles, the fleeting aromas pass by and you can’t remember the name of that smell, the blooms and budding greenery are just perfection in every direction. Cinnamon chipsand apricot piecesdance on a bed of peachesthat all pair beautifully with the perfectly-picked leaves of this Chinese white peony tea. Spring has sprung!
