Sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

Also known as Hibiscus, Flor de Jamaica, the dried sepals of a specific hibiscus plant called Roselle, Jamaican Sorrel. It has a natural source of Vitamin C, antioxidants and have anthocyanin properties that may prevent development of cancer cells in the body, help with weight loss, may lower blood pressure and boost immune system. *

To make drink: Pour the boiling water over 2tsp Sorrel, steep15-60 min, (steep longer for a stronger flavor), strain, sweeten & drink 2- 3 cups/day.
