Sheng Fu Ji pulling candy (also known as Gaoliang Yin in Chinese) is a classic candy originating from the hometown of Confucius, located in Shandong province, China. It is known for its unique texture and ability to be pulled like taffy. Unlike many other candies, Sheng Fu Ji does not contain any gelatin or artificial ingredients in its production process. Each candy is also wrapped in an edible layer of NuoMi rice paper.
