Just as the name implies – this soy sauce is superior! Due to its light, rich, and salty flavor, sheng chou(light soy sauce) is used for general cooking, like stir-frying. Fun fact: you should actually always be using light soy sauce unless the recipe specifically calls for dark soy sauce, so this is a true kitchen staple!
