“Sushizu” by Mizkan

This sushizu is Shiragiku-base vinegar. The rice vinegar is widely known and supported as a representative brand of vinegar for Tokyo style sushi restaurants since 1951.

This sushi vinegar is made by simply adding sugar and salt to white chrysanthemum, which has a mellow sourness derived from rice and the richness of sake lees.
