Ingredients

Canola Oil*, Lecithin (soy), Natural Flavor (milk), Dimethylpolysiloxane, Beta Carotene (color), Propellant.

Directions

1. Shake well (ten times for best performance). Align spray nozzle with dot on can. 2. hold can upright about 6 inches from surface of cookware. 3. spray unheated cookware evenly until coated. (Do not spray on cookware or grill after heated.) A 1 second spray will effectively coat a 10″ skillet. For best results store at room temperature.
