Marumiya Gomashio Furikake Sesame & Salt Rice Seasoning 40g

Marumiya Gomashio Furikake is a Japanese rice seasoning flake that is made from roasted sesame and salt. It is very simple yet has a nice taste.

The sesame seeds are roasted with a direct flame, while the salt is from Setonaikai (The Seto Inland Sea / located between the Japanese mainland, Shikoku and Kyushu) which is a coarse wet salt noted for a mild mouthfeel.

An exquisite balance of sesame seed and salt makes the dishes tasty. Although this furikake suits well with any dish, the best way to enjoy it is to sprinkle an appropriate amount of it onto a rice ball.
