Lee Kum Kee Sweet Soy Sauce

Specially brewed from selected soybeans and wheat flour. With its palatable flavor and rich color, it is great for seasoning rice and stir-fried noodles. It is also great as a dipping sauce for rice rolls, dumplings, or Dim Sum.

Ingredients:

Water, sugar, salt, caramel color, soybeans, wheat flour, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5′-inosinate and disodium 5′-guanylate as flavor enhancers, high fructose corn syrup.
