Lee Kum Kee Spicy Garlic Sauce

A ready-to-use Sichuan style stir-fry sauce. Mildly spicy, hot bean flavor with a touch of garlic. Ideal for spicy hot dishes.

Ingredients:

Water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), sugar, salted chili peppers(chili peppers, salt), oyster sauce (water, sugar, salt, oyster extractives (oyster, water, salt), modified corn starch, caramel color), tomato paste, modified corn starch, dehydrated garlic, soybean oil, salt, spices, lactic acid, disodium 5′-inosinate and disodium 5′-guanylate as flavor enhancers.
