Lee Kum Kee Guizhou Style-Black-Bean-Chili-Sauce

Savory, extra hot and spicy sauce made with aromatic fermented black beans. It is excellent for dipping and stir-frying.

Ingredients:

Soybean oil, fermented black beans (black beans, salt, water), water, salted chili peppers (chili peppers, salt), dried chili peppers, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), dehydrated garlic, shallots, sugar, yeast extract (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, sugar), monosodium glutamate and disodium 5′-inosinate and disodium 5′-guanylate as flavor enhancers, Sichuan peppers, paprika oleoresin.
