This dried African Bissop / Roselle are creamy white Hibiscus flowers, are rich in micronutrients, minerals & vitamins. Well-known to fight high blood pressure,and used as a tonic tea for digestion. Bissap is used as a cooling herb and energy source and ideal to jump start your mornings.

To make Tea: Add 1/4-1/2tsp powder to a cup of hot water, steep for 2-5min. (steep longer for a stronger flavor), strain, Sweeten with honey, drink 2- 3 cups /day.
