Elegance Grey Tea

THE STORY BEHIND THE TEA:
Alongside our community-wide celebration of Earl Grey Month, we feature an Earl Grey for our tea club. If you are unfamiliar, Earl Greys are noted for bergamot, an astringent Italian orange. We’ve also included grapefruit.

I won’t admit credit for this idea; this was a suggestion from members, and I always love trying your ideas. In this case, the result is crisp and refreshing as the bitter tones of the grapefruit and the acidic Italian orange cross-pollinate like a citrus love language. The new combination is unique, flavor forward, and a real conversation starter.
