Cock Brand Green Curry Paste

Green Curry Paste 400 g “Cock Brand”

Ingredients: Fresh Green Chilli 33%, Lemongrass, Garlic, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Cumin, Coriander seed.

Recipe for 2-3 persons:

1. Stir 50 g curry paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil (gentle heat 1 min).
2. Pour 400 ml of coconut milk and keep stiring (Medium heat 1 min).
3. Put 250 g of your favorite meat/vegetables and stir them until done.
4. Add fish sauce, palm sugar or seasoning as preferred.
5. Put 60 g of cut well eggplants and boil them until done, put some basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves and fresh chili.
6. Dress some with basil leaves before, served with steamed rice.
