Description
Black Cow candy is now a chocolate caramel. When originally made in the 1920’s by Holloway, it was chocolate covered caramel. This new version of the candy has the chocolate flavor mixed in with the caramel.
Black cow is no longer made in the sucker form, only in bars and miniatures like this.
