Package Contents

  • Two 9-inch Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizzas
  • 12 Buttermilk Old Fashioned Do-Rite Donuts
  • Vanilla bean glaze

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (325F w/ convection)
  2. Place the completely thawed donuts on a wire rack, then place the wire rack on top of a sheet pan, lined with parchment paper (optional, but it makes clean up much easier!)
  3. Bake the donuts for 5 minutes.
  4. While the donuts are in the oven, empty the bag of glaze into a bowl or storage container.
  5. Remove the donuts from the oven. Immediately spoon the glaze over each donut, covering completely. Allow the excess to run off onto the sheet pan.
  6. Allow your donuts to cool for a minimum of five minutes before taking your first bite……Enjoy!

Note: If you are not ready to enjoy your donuts the day they are received, the donuts and glaze will keep in the freezer (wrapped in plastic) for up to 2 weeks.

 

Lou Malnati’s Pizza Cooking Instructions

If your pizzas are still frozen when they arrive or are cool to the touch, place them in the freezer and bake them within 30 days.

For the ultimate pizza, bake from a frozen state according to the following instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Remove lid and lift pizza out of the pan.
  • Wipe away condensation from the pan and lightly oil the pan.
  • Return pizza to the pan and bake on the middle rack, or until cheese melts and crust becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • Baking times vary for each type of pizza and length of bake time is indicated on the lid of each pizza.
  • If the pizza has thawed decrease bake time by 5 minutes.

Microwave cooking is not recommended.
