Vermont Tortilla Company’s Organic Stone Ground Tortillas are made from whole kernel heirloom corn (non-GMO) using the ancient process of nixtamalization out of their factory in Vermont. Their clean label tortillas have only three ingredients (no Preservatives or Gums). Vermont Tortilla Company’s tortillas freeze exceptionally well and should be consumed or frozen on receipt. They keep for 14 days refrigerated.
