Unlike traditional brewing with water, infusing tea leaves in alcohol over 40% ABV extracts over 140% more flavor compounds, unlocking deep, layered aromas and complex tastes you cannot achieve with hot water alone.

Simply combine the tea blend from the pouch with 375ml of your chosen spirit, let it infuse from 1 hour to up to 72 hours, and enjoy how the flavor evolves over time.
Short infusions give a bright and refreshing taste, while longer infusions create a rounder, sweeter profile. Perfect for sipping straight, on the rocks, or mixed with soda.

This kit turns the Japanese tea ceremony into a unique cocktail experience– from the quiet ritual of brewing, to a celebratory toast with friends.

Flavor Variations

1. Spicy Green Tea Margarita– Made with Shizuoka green tea, Japanese pepper, yuzu peel, and tropical spices.
   Best with:Gin, Vodka, or Tequila.

2. Rose Black Tea Martini– Shizuoka fermented tea, rose buds, strawberry, and hibiscus.
   Best with:Gin or Vodka.

3. Oolong Peach Tea Cocktail– Roasted Shizuoka oolong tea with sweet peach and warm spices.
   Best with:Vodka, Whisky, or Japanese sweet potato shochu.

4. Smoked Tea Fig Old Fashion– Smoked Shizuoka black tea, dried fig, apple, and lemon peel.
   Best with:Whisky.

Ingredients

• Spicy Green Tea Margarita:Shizuoka green tea, white tea, Japanese pepper, cardamom, kaffir lime leaf, yuzu peel, pink pepper, konpeitō sugar candy, sugar, flavoring, coloring, Japanese candy (mizuame syrup, sugar, salt, kelp extract, soy sauce [contains wheat, soy], sesame oil).

• Oolong Peach Tea Cocktail:Roasted Shizuoka oolong tea, peach (peach, sugar, flavoring, sodium metabisulfite), clove, konpeitō (sugar, flavoring, coloring).

• Rose Black Tea Martini:Shizuoka fermented tea, Japanese black tea, rose buds, strawberry (sugar, flavoring, coloring), hibiscus, konpeitō (sugar, flavoring, coloring).

• Smoked Tea Fig Old Fashion:Smoked Shizuoka black tea, fig (fig, rice flour), apple (sugar, flavoring, sodium metabisulfite), lemon peel (lemon, sugar, citric acid), konpeitō (sugar, flavoring, coloring).

How to Enjoy

1. Pour the entire contents of the pouch into a bottle (remove the oxygen absorber).

2. Add 375ml of your chosen spirit (40% ABV or higher).

3. Infuse for at least 1 hour for a light flavor, or up to 72 hours for deeper, sweeter notes.

4. Serve straight, on ice, or topped with soda.
   Tip:Different ingredients release their flavors at different times, so enjoy the changing taste as it infuses.
