Description
Lee Kum Kee Brown Cooking Soy Sauce is brewed according to traditional methods, using non-genetically-engineered soybeans. It can be used for braising, easily adding a reddish color and delicious flavor to food.
Ingredients:
Soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat), caramel color, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5′-inosinate and disodium 5′-guanylate as flavor enhancers, rice wine (water, rice, wheat), sugar, salt, yeast extract (yeast extract, water, salt), potassium sorbate added as a preservative, sucralose.
